According to BizJournal, Amazon Data Services has completed the acquisition of office buildings in Sterling, Loudoun County, Northern Virginia. The buildings are located in the Loudoun Tech Center business park. The selling company is an affiliate of St. John Properties. In addition, the properties acquired span across 12 acres of land. Amazon paid $14.8 million for the 58,194 square feet (5,400 square meters) building at 21660 Ridgetop Circle.
