According to BizJournal, Real estate investment company BlackChamber Group has plans to develop a 157,900 square meter (1.7 million square feet) data center campus in Arcola, Loudoun County, Virginia. The company is looking to build four data center buildings on its land on Belmont Ridge Road, Loudoun County. The 89-acre land includes 23896 and 23844 Belmont Ridge Road and two adjoining parcels without addresses. BlackChamber named the project Tech Park at Brambleton.

Earlier in February 2022, Loudoun County officials approved the rezoning of 160 acres in Arcola to develop data centers. A month later, BlackChamber acquired some of the rezoned properties for $97m. BlackChamber is responsible for developing Village Place Technology Park in Gainesville and John Marshall Commons Tech Pack. Both parks are located in Prince William.
