Japanese real estate company Hulic has plans to develop a data center in Tokyo, Japan. According to the Japanese press and Japan Property Central, the firm will be building the data center on the site of an existing office it owns. The office is located in Nihonbashi, Tokyo. Hulic will demolish the existing office building to develop an eight-story data center. The facility will be one of the company’s first data center projects. The data center is scheduled to come online in 2025.

Currently, the office building sits on 10,400 square feet (967 square meters) of land. It was developed in 1982, and it has a total floor area of 73,200 square feet (6,800 square meters). There are no tenants in the building anymore as they had been evacuated since March.
