JH1 is in Sedenak Tech Park (STeP) which is PDG's flagship data center complex that spans 700 acres of land in Johor, Malaysia. JH1 campus is well- positioned to meet Hyperscaler needs as they expand their presence in South-east Asia while requiring access to best in class digital infrastructure.
JH1 will be a carrier neutral site built on 60,000 m² of land area with a design PUE of ≤1.4. It will comprise of 2 buildings. With an investment of RM 2 billion (~USD 450 Million), Phase 1 will be 60 MW building that is due to go-live in Q2 2024. Phase 2 will be 90 MW building.
