Developer Taylor & Mathis has filed an application with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs to build a new data center East of Atlanta. The project is known as the Rock House Road Data Center Site, but the end user is not yet known.
The project, located at 1971 Rock House Road in Douglas County’s Lithia Springs would span 1.465 million sq ft (136,100 sqm) across four buildings and an on-site substation.
According to the filing, project development would run until 2028.
